Individual contact on a personal level and at eye level is an essential part of our work. We do not single out deficits, but work in a solution-oriented manner. We enable the client to find access to his own solutions. We help people gain a discerning distance from their own personal perspective, and to sharpen their view for the overall situation instead.

Systemic coaching looks beyond the individual person and his or her inner dynamics, instead focussing on the client’s organization as a whole. The perspectives of colleagues, superiors or employees are included and extend the scope within which the client can self-reflect.
